The Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing (Honours) programme is a professional undergraduate programme designed to develop comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing principles, consumer behaviour, sales management, advertising, digital marketing, service marketing, international marketing and business communication. The programme integrates core business concepts with emerging marketing strategies to prepare students for dynamic domestic and global business environments.
Through classroom learning, case studies, presentations, industry-oriented projects, market surveys, research methodology and practical applications of marketing concepts, students develop analytical thinking, communication, leadership, decision-making and entrepreneurial skills. The programme prepares graduates for careers in marketing, sales, retail, digital business, advertising, banking, corporate management, entrepreneurship and higher education.

The Department of Commerce follows an industry-oriented and application-based teaching methodology through classroom lectures, case studies, presentations, market surveys, seminars, business simulations, research projects and practical assignments. Students develop analytical thinking, communication, leadership, marketing strategy, customer relationship management and decision-making skills through real-world business applications, market analysis and project-based learning.
