The Bachelor of Arts in Sanskrit (Honours) programme provides comprehensive knowledge of Sanskrit language, literature, grammar and Indian knowledge traditions through the study of classical texts, philosophy and linguistic principles.
The programme develops language proficiency, textual interpretation, translation skills and research aptitude while preparing students for careers in education, research, cultural organizations and public services.
