The Bachelor of Arts in Rural Economics & Co-operative Management (Honours) programme equips students with a comprehensive understanding of rural economic systems, agricultural development, cooperative institutions and sustainable rural planning. The programme integrates economics, agriculture and management to address the socio-economic challenges of rural communities.
Through classroom learning, field studies and practical applications, students develop analytical, managerial and research skills required for rural development, cooperative management and agricultural planning. Graduates are prepared for careers in government, cooperative institutions, banking, NGOs, rural enterprises and higher education.
