The Bachelor of Arts in Maithili (Honours) programme provides comprehensive knowledge of Maithili language, literature and cultural heritage through the study of classical texts, folk traditions and modern literary works.
The programme develops language proficiency, literary appreciation, creative writing, communication skills and research aptitude, preparing students for careers in education, media, literature and public service.
